I'm in the 'I'm concerned' camp. He looks like the type who will get injured if playing fullback (don't rate him there), but I was kind of hoping that he'd settle down into the centre back role and have an injury free run. At this rate I reckon we'll have to move Andy Rose to Centre back

I was worried but then went back and checked his record. He only played 4 times last season, but managed 40 the previous season, and 31 in the six fields season.

Last seasons injury was a bad one, but Hopefully today is something minor and not connected to his knee injury.

Yeah, in pre season there is little risk taken with injuries too so it may be just something minor. Hopefully anyway.

Friend commented just before I became clear that he appeared to be limping. Then it soon became apparent as he made a clearance that something had gone.

This has to be his season and he can't afford any more injury lay offs

I am a little concerned but am pleased we reacted to his clear discomfort where as in the past managers may have seen if he could run it off.

We need him more than ever this season!

Don't sound like its gonna be a few weeks then, this could really set him and his ccfc career back if he cannot establish himself this season.
Was/am hoping he was gonna be a big part of the back 3.

But these friendlys are all about match fitness, if you didn't have em
They'd be pulling up all over the park when the season kicks off.
It is frustrating though, as others have said hopefully precautionary.
