I wonder how Luton Town (docked 30 points in similar circumstances) feel about your 10 point deduction. The rules now clearly state that if a club goes into liquidation the penalty should be 15 points, not 10. Another example of the football league's clear bias toward the bigger clubs.

Tim takes the credit for a 10 point penalty instead of 15.

They are probably wondering the same thing we all were weeks ago when it was announced, ie: why is it so low. At the time plenty of posters on here were speculating it was due to the threat of legal action from SISU and / or as the football league had made errors themselves with player registrations. Subsequently we have had an admission from the league that they did register players incorrectly and Bob Ainsworth (a local MP) has requested the league release details of a lengthy legal letter they received from SISU.

I have written to the FL about the seeming unequal treatment over bonds between Coventry and Farnborough. I have also asked them to clarify certain rules. I got a personal reply but unfortunately did not really address the questions. I am awaiting a reply to further correspondence.

Don't go thinking we are all out for ourselves, we are not....we want facts and truth and fairness for all clubs whatever size or level they play at.
