Joint administrator (1 Viewer)

I know it would double up the costs however,
would there be any benefit in ACL now requesting a joint administrator on the basis of the report.

It will mean ACL will not get their money back. Due to costs.

However I do not believe that is now their primary motivating factor.

Part of me thinks you may have an increase in time due to duplications of all processes.

However if ACL are now seeing what many were concerned about as a possibility at the beginning.

A SISU chosen administrator whom it suits both him (££££) and SISU if matters are dragged out.

Would a second administrator demanding information and pawing over all his process and work actually end up with the quickest and most impartial result?

Does the lack of any significant findings that was not already known in 2 months justify this?

I know that is the bit. That would prove tricky.

Has the fact he has found nothing that was not already known it 2 months and 169k's worth of work enough.
I am sure if Mr Appleton were to contest he could probably find many ways to justify he so far ambling performance.
