I think he is one of the best managers around lower leagues.
Always talks sense and top analyst of the game.
Always going to battle a budget but his side puts in the effort and does try and play football

I mentioned on another thread, he has worked wonders, but said before yesterdays Cup game that he struggles to attract players to come to Accrington. Deserves a job at a bigger club. Would like some of the Accy players at The Ricoh. Spend a couple of quid on McConville, Clark etc
