Westbrooke came from a league as did Hyam, Biamou he’s lovely on the internet and when he meets the fans, McCallum is young and might improve I personally don’t think he will to the required amount.
For every Mason and Hyam who both came from league academies we have Bosma and the like. Please nobody quote McCallum here as he is playing because he is the only one fit because the manager had a blind spot to his best left back and let him go on loan.
There's never going to be 100% success rate and there doesn't need to be.
