Joe murphy has been one of the best for us the lasst couple of games.
Can't catch but has a good shot stopping ability.

I didn't go tonight but Saturday I thought Murphy was outstanding, not so much in shot stopping but claiming crosses and owning his box. For the goal his back four left him stranded.

I think it's unfair to overly criticise him, Westwood is a tough act to follow.

We have plenty of problems to sort out ahead of our goalkeeper. Westy was better but with our resources I consider us exceptionally lucky to have Murphy. A few early season errors that were exposed because of his position and of course becuase of the obvious Westwood comparisons but really is completely competent at this level imo.
