Anyone hear the JE interview yesterday on CWR? Talking about HR. It was actually interesting to hear his views on stuff. He liked HR (like most of us did) but for the club to progress we needed to move. Agree and disagree with that in equal measure as I didn't want to leave in the first place, but I suppose hindsight in a wonderful thing.

He was going on about Northampton and it being wrong to move and would be wrong to move the club again in the future. Then he said, which did make me chuckle, that he was looking forward to the Wasps - Leicester game as he loves his rugby. Brilliant.

So it's wrong for CCFC to move but he can't wait to go to the Wasps game? Plonker!

That's one of the problems I have with JE being involved at CCFC. Nice guy but he says things without engaging his brain first about how that might be interpreted.

That can be dangerous when some people tend to hang off words.

Did you hear Thompson yesterday? New general manager of Sheffield Steelers still owns half of the Blaze and that one guy will own three clubs shortly. Football rugby ice hockey all different games I'm concerned about ccfc it's about time more were, but then again shortly might not have anything to be concerned about and I don't mean if we stay up

exactly Nick...... for me Elliott and Hoffman have been part of the problem not a possible solution to it, at times some of their decisions and antics have made things worse, deflected attention from the core issues - but that's just my opinion

I wonder if Uncle Joe has to pay for his tickets at Wasps as he doesn't ever to be paying for tickets at the home games for us.

If anybody ever takes over this man should be kept well away from doing anything at the club he has been connected to the club during some bad times!

Mad worse by the fact that he is jumping on the SISU out bandwagon in this video, ignoring the fact he brought them here in the first place.

And formed part of the first sisu board that over three years wasted millions and got us exactly nowhere.

I don't particularly like Villa or Reading as an example, hence I don't go and watch either of them play.

Elliott going to Wasps games is not inconsistent with previous behaviour though, is it? He said going to Northampton was a bad thing but it didn't stop him going there.

Absolutely not. However, it's a bit odd complaining that moving a sports team is wrong only to publicly say you're going to watch a sports team who've been moved.

But if he went there it was to watch his football team. And it was a bad thing that we had to play there. He is going to the Ricoh to watch a London rugger team. It is a bad thing that they play in Coventry and more or less own the Ricoh.

I was under the impression that he went to Northampton, although not certain as I didn't. The Wasps situation is different in a way as they are NOT our team. Furthermore, they actually own the Ricoh so it's theirs to do what they like with it. CCFC had the chance to buy it but chose to play silly buggers instead. Wasps took their opportunity and I can't blame them for doing so. Given that they are there for good, it would be far better to be working in partnership with them but there seems no will for that.

But why does Wasps getting the arena make it right to go and watch them when he was so much against our move?

We do have some views the same. Just a shame about the 99% that we differ on
