Have been away on business all week

Whats the latest with the Joe Cole contract situation. Cannot see anything formal on the Offal or here apart from a stupid binary thread.

TM talking about Sheffield United game and Xmas so assume he is signed up until New Year or beyond.

Anything formal !!!

loan was extended till jan a few weeks back bud after that all signs seem to point to villa releasing him and us possibly picking him up on a free till May he was given clearance to play in the FA cup so villa dont see to have a place for him going forward

Chances are that he'll be released and we'll sign him, not sure if he'll be playing after this season though.

To have him to the end of the season will be great. Assume next year depends on his performances and if we are League 1 or Championship.

Joe cole isn't even good enough to make our bench these days strange isn't it being a sky blue supporter u don't expect to be saying such mad statements unless ur chatting to ur mates about champ manager

Nah. Turner will go back and if we sign Rose I wouldn't be surprised to see Bigi go back too.

No he isn't FIT enough, sure he and Mowbray knew that when he joined TM hasn't panicked given him a mini pre-season and get him up to speed for the Xmas program and beyond called good management I believe

I queried this with Kieran Crowley last weekend. Im sure the club never actually confirmed the loan extension. They reported he was set to sign but that was it. Be interesting to see next Sunday how this fitness programme has served him.

Just been going through the archive on the offal and cannot see any formal announcement from the club.
