I've got mates who he's helped out with various deals and freebies as well, and I've also spoken to people who know him who seem to think he isn't deliberately conning people.
There seems to be a weight of growing evidence against him though and although in my limited dealings with him I've found him to be quite likeable I wouldn't go anywhere anything he was organising again.

I am presuming the refund would be from James as it was his failure to arrange the travel to the game. As the coaches were specifically for the purpose of getting them to the game (i assume) they would have a case for it but i doubt they'll ever see the money.

"Plane"? Are there no limits to this guys travel offers? Was this pre-season abroad?

I think that's a bit harsh describing some as being "dim" - as stated earlier there may have been elements genuinely unaware of his previous.
But for those (if any) that were aware, yep you're right.

I’ve heard a lot of bad stories from various people, on multiple occasions, I’d recommend all fans steer well clear.

Yes organised Chaos...never got to see us play but that was my own choice because couldnt be arsed to travel back from Benidorm where we ended up going and booked another hotel because where he put us in Alicante was damn boring

I used his coach trip to go to Blackpool away. Coach got us there in plenty of time to have to watch that rubbish.
