It may be that Keith and the other dozen or so people either hadn't heard of what's gone on before or, if they did, they didn't connect that with this particular booking. Either that or they were a bit too trusting/optimistic...

Why are people still booking with this known con-man? He’s set up twitter and Instagram accounts with new aliases offering cheap coach travel. Even before boat-gate, there was endless fuck ups and non-stop ‘unfortunate’ events of drivers and coaches not turning up.
Anyone that keeps booking travel with somebody like that, shouldn’t bother buying match tickets in advance as you’re spinning the roulette wheel as to whether your coach exists or not.
