Jermaine Grandison was making a name for himself at Shrewsbury a fans favourite with even Graham Turner the manager saying Premiership clubs were sniffing around - He gets injured at the end of last january and then turns down a new contract in june whilst recovering from his january injury - strange thing he is now out of football without a club - funny game football

Always liked Grandison. Might be worth offering him to train on the offchance of an injury crisis?

I disagree, but regardless our level has changed a bit since we let him go.

Lost a bit of respect for him with his disrespectful comments before and after they beat us last season....there was no need for that.

I have to admit I would be glad to see him come back. He's got some experience after leaving us a few years ago and if he regains his fitness, he could be a little treasure for us. Centre-backs are what we need atm. Jordan Clarke is doing well but he's not a centre-back. We have experience at the back with Andy Webster so a bit of youth wouldn't hurt, but we need centre-backs, and if JG is free and available, sign him up

If he was that good he wouldn't be without a club

He tore us apart at their place last season. I remember it well (unfortunately).

Played RB and ran at us every time. Got past us every time.

Didn't rate him when he was with us, but on his showing last season, I'd say he could do a job for us. Just think there will be better options available to us and he might prove a panic buy if we went for him (although it is unlikely)
