Don't wish to be too critical or negative as MR is doing a good job and progress is being made however one problem which continues to haunt our club is our lack of consistency. We have played some wonderful football this season and played some of the leading teams in this division eg Doncaster, MK Dons, off the park. At the same time we have struggled against some of the minnows eg Shrewsbury and Carlisle who have both done the double over us. We just don't seem to be able to grind results out like sides like Brentford and Tranmere are doing, either we win convincingly or don't get the job done. Not enough consistency and ruthless efficiency. Until we sort this out we will stay in this league.
