Extend Sterry and Page's loans
Sign a striker
Sign one maybe two centre backs
Sign two centre mids

Definitely need a striker and centre half for the starting 11. Keep sterry and maybe page depending on stokes' fitness and who we bring in at centre half. Another winger and centre midfielder would be nice but can't be too greedy I suppose

Keep Sterry and McBean
Send back Page, Wright, Agyei, McCann
Sign - CB, CF on permanent deals (if possible)
Loan in - Winger, general strengthing in depth where good players are available

Not midfield?

I just can't see how we can expect Ben Stevenson to play all season long and Bigi is hit and miss and Ghadzev so far has been a failure.

keep sterry,mcbean and page
send wright back, jury still out on agyei for me, i think he is capable of alot
get a cb in either perm or loan
another cm for numbers
another st if agyei goes too

then we can still win league and not have to settle for playoffs..

We've got Rose back in CM and Ivor Lawton will/should/might breakthrough now he is back. I wouldn't be averse to adding bodies in the middle but think there are other priorities before we do.

If Stevenson performs well between now and January I expect him to be gone on deadline day......

Yes, tend to agree.

Falling attendances isn't helping either, but we will surely have to sell someone in Jan to bring someone else in. Stevenson is the only really saleable asset apart from Willis or Stokes.

I think we should sign 8/9 players in positions we don't need and get rid of any player that's been doing well

Keep Sterry, sack off the rest of the loans.

1 CB and ST (preferably 2 of each) and a striker has to be priority. Then a right-footed winger and cover in CM for the inevitable Stevenson sale, as others have alluded to!

CB as cover
CM as cover
Right footed RW
ST

It's sad but the first thing I think about the January transfer window is who we going to lose next
I fear Willis could be the subject of bids

A new forward is a must for us regards transfers in
With no money though it's gonna be another loan unfortunately

Clubs want their heads looking at if they bid for Willis.

For me, experienced number 1 is a must. Seeing Burge almost palm the ball into his own net from what should've been a simple catch last night confirmed that he is accident waiting to happen.

The loans aren't doing too badly; Page and Sterry are decent at this level and improving every game whilst Agyei and Wright on their day have what it takes to score goals despite being raw and inexperienced. Centre midfield backup, an experienced centre half and another striker should do it. Strengthening to the core could be pivotal cogs in turning a mediocre season to a decent one.

Not a fan then?

I think he is a good centre back but has had fitness issues that have held him back.

Keep sterry, mcbean. Send back agyei and wright. Stokes will be back so don't need page, send him back.

So 1x CB
1x CM
1x RW
2x Strikers

As a minimum

Anyone think that there will be a big sale and any of our players who can be sold will be sold prior to the result of the court case pending?
Shame if it's the case as we seem to be making steady progress and getting results. We are getting balls in danger areas just a player who can hit the target.
Imagine Sisu putting money up for Venus and his chums to build houses and as it stands its £1M an acre to build houses.
So maybe its who will be left.com.
Either that or some nasty little fecker to bang them in from 10 yards.

No one will sold pending to the outcome of tbr court case. If anyones sold, it will be to balance any budget deficit, given that our average attendance is down by c33%, hopefully the increase in ticket price will mitigate that. Thr only player of real value is Stevenson who given his age and experience is a cut above this league

Bigi would have a value but cleverly only signed a one year deal so they can't cash in on him.

We wandered up, press our faces against the glass for a minute or two, then looked down at our bare pockets and walked away slowly with a little black rain cloud hanging over our heads.
