Robins says he needs 4 and a mix of permanents and loans. What positions we thinking?

GK
CB
RWB
Back up LWB (maybe Burroughs?)
Back up DM
AM
ST

All options for me

He wants a left footed LB/CB and a CB for Hyam/Fadz
We’ll need another AM now COH is out
A striker big time.

there’s your 4

Not sure we desperately need a LWB with Boswell & Burroughs. I'm comfortable with those 2.

Definitely need a couple of CBs. Would say both permanent with one being more of a development prospect capable of stepping in.

On top of that maybe an AM on loan to cover O'Hare injury. Then either a loan striker or CM - difficulty is bringing someone on loan in those positions with little prospect of playing.

Outside chance I'd say GK.

I don't think we'll sign two centre backs to immediately have two on the bench (three when Fadz returns). If we sign a LWB then Bidwell can cover CB if needs be if we were unlucky enough to have two more injuries there

We could have signed Charlie Austin on a free but we are too late as he has just signed for Swindon .

Depends what budget Robins has for example Gary Cahill is a free agent, I’d expect would want £20k a week I’d have him for half a season, same re. Ben Foster again for half a season neither would be loans. Would still leave three loans we could bring in.

Gary Cahill and Ben Foster have both retired from professional football.

Wasn’t sure about that but I’m sure I’ve read recently Cahill could be available.

I would be amazed if we don’t sign a LWB. Given O’Hare injury I’d be almost as amazed if we don’t sign an AM too. LWB I think is Robins priority though.

Surprised how many people saying LWB. RWB seems a much bigger priority to me. Burroughs I think is left footed so naturally might be better suited as cover for Bidwell. Dabo can't string 5 games together and looks less fit each time he plays.

Why? It's about as low priority as any position on the pitch

We could if we have the money improve any position in the team but if we are talking priorities it certainly isn’t either full back positions, it has to be goals first and then CB, Robins has said he has two permanents and two loans lined up, whether that was before the COH injury not don’t know but there is a spare loan available.

Be interesting to see what happens with Kane in January.
Final ball wasn't great but he looked quite lively in the week and he's not going to get any better just on the bench every week

100% agree

With a solid, Conservative player like Bidwell on the L we are crying out for someone on the R who can bomb on and cause problems. Dabo isn't that player anymore unfortunately

The Ghanaian giant reported to be the world’s tallest man

A hospital told Sulemana he was 9ft 6in, but nurses couldn't be sure - so the BBC went to find out.

Blaine Rowe out on loan until the end of the season to Falkirk, time to panic we only have three rights backs available until Eccles gets back.

Right footed CB (permanent)
O’hare replacement (loan)
ST (loan) (potentially that Undav we were linked with)
