I would say there have been failings across playing staff, coaching, recruitment, direction at the top of the club.Why would you have sympathy? Thing is, that was what Sheaf was good at when on form. We've missed that severly this seasonIt’s not even that. You really don’t see thundering tackles anymore. It’s about interceptions and pressing to force errors. We are not very good at that either though. We also don’t track runners well.

There is very little difference in quality between teams like us and teams like Blackburn imo, the Championship is much of a muchness atm. If players want to leave fair enough, especially if its to Galatasaray like MvE but i think our club still has more ambition than most in this league and i am hopeful for next season.
