It's so obvious with Wilder as manager they will be in the same situation they were 2 years ago - relegated by Christmas. They have taken over Norwich & Fulham as yoyo clubs

Yes. He thinks both Eccles and Sheaf will go and we will bring 1 in to replace. Which may be where the Tahirovic noise is coming from

Still

A midfield 5 of

Grimes
Tahirovic
Torp
Rudoni
Allen

Wouldn't be bad would it

It’s a solid midfield, for definite. It does feel a bit short though. Whether or not we’re playing 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1 you’d expect 2 players per position. Maybe we bring in a 10 who can play wing or vice versa could work?

Don't rate him at all as a manager. Hope they don't go up.

Jamie Allen is 30, and not sure of his consistency. He's strung a few good performances together, but he hasn't been played regularly in the past because he's been ineffective.

Last season once he came back from injury in September, he started most games until he was injured again in February.

He played 37 games in the play off season, starting 34 consecutive games before getting injured.

He started 29 times the season before that, including starting 13 consecutive games at the end of the season.

The meltdown if they don't will be incredible. Safe to say Hamer will be snapped up and we may get a decent sell on fee

He’s a good player, in Football Manager terms, he’s a solid 2.5 or 3 star player.

I really like Eccles but there's absolutely no way we'd get £5-6m for him .

Half that at best.

Yeah, not sure we would but that would be my asking price. Wouldn't sell for less.

On pens, COH to score the winner and celebrate by putting on a pair of sunglasses in front of us I have given myself the fear just thinking about it....

Season we came up he barely played.

21/22 season it was hardly surprising he played regularly, our midfield options were him, Kelly, Sheaf, and Hamer, and Kelly spent most of the season out injured. We played a box midfield that year.

22/23 if you remember, we played a box midfield again and had a massive shortage of midfielders, O'hare spent the season out injured. Allen was played out of necessity.

23/24 he missed most of the season.

24/25 he's missed most of the season.

Loan out to Olympiacos...!?! (The usual where their owner uses them to front the deal to circumvent FFP or whatever it is called these days!?)

Talk shite and move the goalposts. I thought he didn't play because he wasn't consistent enough.

The dream is us beating them and O’Hare crying on the pitch while we sing “it could have been you” as Hamer rips up his Aheff Utd contract and signs one with Doug.

And yes, I think there have been times where he's been overlooked because he doesn't play at the high levels he has sometimes displayed.

West Brom have sold Alex Palmer to Ipswich!!!!

Weird move that in my opinion!

Probably the best keeper in the league - but will be back in the same division next year!

The top 4 really are in a different park squad wise.

Sunderland selling an 18 year old to Brighton for £8.5m + Adingra on loan
