Likely outgoing I reckon. Perhaps a late deal for MVE or Asante. Can’t see anything in bar maybe a panic loan

Dowell signs for Blues. That’s a really good signing

I wouldn’t mind seeing Bassette get a loan to a good league 1 team for 6 months.

Why when he’s a more than capable option for us?

When everyone’s fit he’s fourth choice in a position we play one of.

When Wright is back he’d probably be 4th in the pecking order if we stick with this formation, he’ll get even less opportunities if we go back to a 433. He’s far from the finished article 6 months at a team like Barnsley where he’ll be the main man will do him good I think.

Bidwell will still be going in twice a day though to keep it under control.

Fabio gives Jack Rodwell at Sunderland vibes, obviously albeit not on the same astronomical salary.

Club doesn’t want him. Could easily secure a move elsewhere, but is happy to waste his career on a higher salary knowing he won’t get similar again- and see out his contract before looking properly when it expires

He was gonna go in the summer, someone got injured (can’t remember who) and the club wanted to keep him. He wanted to go.

I noticed on the Swansea forum that they seemed to be accusing Grimes of downing tools this season. Similar I suppose to the criticism of Sheaf.

Feel this one will go all the way to the 3rd but would be a amazing signing for us and mean Sheaf could easily go at the start of the window

If we do end up bringing in another winger and the plan is to go back to 433 then we might.

I think a reality check of sorts would do Bassette some good.

Doesn't fit with the low price/high wages due to a perceived short contract left though?

Grimes will command a decent transfer fee.

Very excited for this rumour. Everything we need in CM and obviously the next captain for next season.

Maybe this is why we wouldn’t offer wages to Paterson as saving them for Grimes

Will try not to get disappointed when I see a Grimes 48 hours post
