We should be doing that regardless if we win today, if we’d have done it earlier in the window like other teams we’d have won more games

Anyway you do realise we have only lost one game away at Norwich in the January transfer window and won all our other games don't you?

20 mill!? We will be lucky to get 4 maybe 6 for Milan and can’t see Wright going for same as Vic. Unless inflation has gone up. I’m starting to think Latti or Kitching will be our biggest sell on as lots of people I know really rate them in the scouting world.

I think we could get upwards of £10m for Lati. I also think Binks will be of interest. £8m+

That’s clutching but you never know lol. Binks and Latti are typical Ayari’s. They know how good they are. Just need the belief and trust of others. We just need to get half our team to the promised land and we will not only have a chance of survival but a chance to make a lot of money if we fail!!

Lati has just had his hair done again so I’d expect £12 million.

If we’re quick we could get £5m for Tavares, obviously low cos he’s only got six months left on his contract.

We are a couple of real quality loans and with our returning players to make a real fist of getting into the play offs.

I’m hoping there could be a surprise big signing to really show intent.

Just seen Blackburn have backed off Lewis O’Brien. Apparently wages for loan are about 20K.

As the results have actually been better than expected with the injuries I am wondering if we have potentially changed targets to start looking at what we may need for next season so rather than buying to fill a current hole I.e Left forward we are looking ahead and will be buying to strengthen the first XI from the summer.

So GK presume extension to Wilson, Collins moved on possibly Tyler moved on

Full backs JDS and Burroughs probably moved on. Interest in MVE so may need 2 x RB and 1 x LB.
CD feel one may be moved on at a guess Binks but unsure so maybe 1 or 2 CBs needed.
Midfield Howley released, Sheaf probably leaves. Probable extension to Allen. So one DM and 1 CM.
Forwards presuming only Tavares leaves would think 1 RW/RM.
As such 7 or 8 players in. Are we now looking ahead and possibly casting net further than just a forward who could cover both flanks and a CM as the team have coped well with the injuries. Wondering if Sorba Thomas could be back on the cards and I have an inkling Rob Holding might still happen

CoventryLive now understands that deal is completely dead in the water and City have switched their attention elsewhere.

If Wright comes back on top form until the end of the season he will go in the summer.

World Cup in the USA means his agent will be pushing for a move.

Would be really happy if we went fully in for a Schlupp and he was our only signing to be honest

He can be used as a utility player and slot in where needed. That’s the beauty of the signing.

But you were adamant that Doug should put his hand in his pocket and sign 2 or 3 for a " couple of million each"

While I like the player, it would be a lot of wages on a utility player imo. With how midfield has been doing and with Sheaf returning. Would we be better looking at a RB for Milan and a Sheaf Replacement?

Why do we need a sheaf replacement if he’s returning

I mean more for the summer. If not the only gaps are RB and RW
