Don't see how he'd be effective without being able to cut in on his strong foot.
Our strongest front 3 right now is EMC - Wright - Sakamoto, assuming Wright plays well in the centre of a 3. If not, Wright - Simms - Saka.
BTA is just never gonna play centrally in that system. And he doesn't look like a winger. Selling him for £2m and spending it on a RW would be best for both us and him IMO.

You would do it to open up spots in the squad. Dovin and Wilson were only out together for one game, so in that scenario you’d play the U21 keeper. Be good experience for them to be on the bench with the first team imo.Why are we unregistering 2 keepers?

This is only a problem for the last few weeks of the season when EMC returns.Wright, EMC and Simms may well be better players than Sakamoto overall, but none are anywhere near as effective on the right. Saka is by far the best option there.
EMC looked poor on the right and clearly favours the left. Wright also prefers cutting in onto his stronger foot, we don't want him getting down the line to cross we want him driving in field.
So it has to be either
Wright - Simms - Sakamoto
or
EMC - Wright - Sakamoto
With the latter being my preference, although we haven't seen it in action yet to judge.

I thought for your allowed any U21s as long as their not loans or ESC in which case they have to be registered as a first team player? U21s can be registered as a U21 squad and then used in the first team?You’re confusing registration with the squad list. The squad list is the 25 and you’re allowed as many U21s as you like.
We're not getting Guiu ffs, he's made first team apps for Chelsea and Barcelona, if they wanted to loan him out they'd easily have top flight clubs interested.Guiu and tyrique are exactly the type of loans we should be trying to get in, they are being used in Europe though for Chelsea so I doubt we’ve got any chance

It allows the club to postpone any significant purchase until the summer window when FL will know better what he needsI just don't understand the thinking of a short term loan when we aren't challenging the play offs.
