Well that and the fact the last contract he was on was rumoured to be £30k a week. I doubt we could offer him anymore than £7k or £8k a week and I'm guessing he'll be looking for more than that.

Would love to see him as the tip of the diamond behind CMD and Jutkiewicz

Like CCFC said, any player who is unattached can sign for a club all the way up to March next year, then the full window closes until 1st July, maybe earlier?

The free transfer / loan window closes in November (If football manager informs me correctly!) then re-opens when the transfer window does, then closes in March time.
