I liked him at first. Thought he was excellent for us. Ater he came back from injury though he was like a different player. Whether that was just down to the fact he wasn't fit who knows.

Could be a very good signing for Barnsley maybe.

Decent player but he is just a joe average player. Nothing amazing and nothing bad. Loads of players like him.

Mind you he is better than Connor Thomas tbf

He was decent until January, pretty bad after that

He was a tidy player, nothing more, nothing less.

We are in Division Three. It doesn't get much better than 'average Joe' in our league. It does, of course, get a hell of a lot worse than 'average Joe' though. I fear we will still have too many 'below-average Joes' next season.

I reckon a team of average Joes would give you a reasonable chance of challenging for promotion, providing they are all grafters, the coach knows what he is doing, and they can manage to defend in a half-decent fashion.

Seriously though, he was okay in his first spell, totally fell off in his second. I wouldn't pick him ahead of Fleck or Thomas personally so he'd be squad player, on the kind of £ he'd probably be on I don't think it'd be a worthwhile signing.

If we were playing at the Ricoh yes. But he's too pretty for Sixfields.

He's a good player, not amazing but better than some people are giving him credit for. His loss of form was largely due to Robins leaving imo
