Have nothing against the lad, but come on he is a right winger a position we now have cover for with a lad who has scored in the last few games, however, we continue to leak goals and even the powers that be recognise our defensive frailties. It's not rocket science we need a defensive midfielder, why? Because we don't have cover and the player playing in that position is knackered. We need a player that can play alongside or even behind Grimes. We all see it yet we wait till the final days before the window closes. When, or if, we bring someone in we maybe on equal points with Boro.

Yeah I’ve heard the recruitment teams only focus has been wingers now for a while. It’s the new way. We don’t look at players in any other positions, ever.

Their only other focus is getting the drinks in on the clubs account with the Ben Sheaf money.

I don't think anyone has said he is shit or written him off. People are just baffled why we've dropped several million on a winger when we've got a full squad that is completely unbalanced.

I can only assume that a couple of players are going out. We badly need reinforcements in other areas. The player himself looks like a decent prospect.
