SISU had plan A purchases of Fox & Dann, the wood brothers (east West & richard) Gunny etc.. had a good 08/09 season which tailed off badly at the end, these highly impressive venture capitalists next move was to sell Dann & fox sell Best replace with lower quality and guess what we struggled, the start of the 2011 season with a clearly depleted squad we managed to add 2 goalies, Cody and when stuck at the bottom brought in Gary Gardener for a month in November on loan. Relegation followed and a huge loss of income - where was the SISU strategy, what is the SISU strategy - I think we all know give us the Ricoh on the cheap so we can sell quickly and get back to Mayfair where we can invest (rape and pillage) companies and businesses that we understand.

Portraying SISU as the White Knight coming to save Cov was shown up by the way they have run the club. fist class business !!! where was the due diligence and renegotiation on the lease back in Nov 2007, their decision to buy and we will ultimately pay the price.

you do have some fans eating every word you say OSB. im a bit too long in the tooth to fall for a fact throwergod forbid we ever have facts!. you sound like a councillor or business minded person but you SEEM to hold sisu responsible for everything. then you need to read my posts properly including my first reply to you....... plus you will find it isnt all about facts but to actually have some does help

i simply do not agree i believe sisu made huge errors but now i feel they are simply making good business decisions. for example the payoff for mark robins is good business it is standard practice in football contracts it aint rocket science. rather see the manager go than the best players.

refusing to pay rent is absolutely right in the current circumstances. the deal they had did not take the current situation into account neither did sisu get to buy due to the council. better decision would have been to do their job right in the first place and save £4.5m of the £40+ losses they have incurred though wouldnt it ........ of course that all assumes it was just about the rent doesnt it

joy is a wonderful business woman who if given the opportunity will take us to the top will invest. she is absolutely fearsome, the council will come off second best in this particular game.

Also in response to the idea that SISU were duped by the council thats nonsense, in fact Ranson been trying to take over a Football Club for some years before he got CCFC with SISU's backing.

correct me if i am wrong but wasn't it Ray Ranson who sold this idea to SISU........ who had a responsibility to their investors to do or have done proper through due diligence to protect their investment and obtain an adequate return. Usual things for any investor to do including hedge funds or FSA regulated firm. Then to ensure that any contract they bought into had the right structure to achieve their objectives and ensure proper performance by any other parties to it?.

How nasty of the council to not hand over the keys of the ricoh to some tinpot hedge fund. It's so obvious this poster has or works for sisu its untrue. Guess what, your gamble up here hasn't worked, you won't get your investment back, hurts does it? I hope it does. So sod off back to mayfair. Go and ruin another football club you chumps.

yes i do know how venture capitalism works i worked for one of the biggest and most successful in the country (buying insurance and health company's) most of the investors in these companies are 100 x millionaires looking to spread their wealth tax free. they plunge money into lets say 20 to 30 different venture companies who then spread there money again. Their portfolios either increase or decrease.

you are plainly wrong about Sisu, they are a very successful and respected company with a reputation for fierce and well managed buying and selling. They are a company that are good at what they do, please do not read into their bank balances or rumors, they are clever they will not show there real profits on a companies house statement, that is the whole reason for spreading the company over many many other companies, Sisu will have 40 to 100 other companies that will distribute the companies wealth to each other. hence you and i will never know the true value of the company, that is the reason the FT calls the company respected and secretive.

Sisu could easily get us to the premier, it could easily buy players at 5 to 10 million each if they believed they would make a profit on those players either at the gates or by selling. Does nobody seem to understand - sisu are not in it for the love of football, they were sold the idea of the stadium and the surrounding grounds for developments. They were duped by the council and continue to be duped.

Back Sisu

get the council to sell. protest at the council houses, anything but the time really has come the supporters told the council exactly what they think in no uncertain terms, force them through constant pressure to sell the ground so we can have a certain secure future

You really do not know what you are talking about, you are a wind up merchant. Why have you been silent until yesterday. Back up your statements with facts regarding Sisu's supposed investors with unlimited funds. It is simply not true!

I do think it's very strange that this board has had an influx of SISU aplologists spouting biased nonsense over the last couple of days....I honestly think they're part of a new campaign by Fisher and his cronies to change the anti SISU stance of many and generate ill feeling towards ACL/Council/Higgs in the escalating war developing. Either that or the usual suspects on here are using multiple usernames to make it look as if their pro SISU views have more support than they actually have.

what a friendly bunch. cant you accept other fans may not have the same outlook on the so called facts.

to answer your questions. if the council did sell obviously the planning agreed area surrounding the ricoh and oposite would be prime for regeneration. the club would own it all -the income from that would be worth millions annually.

i could not care less what others say and i dont accept OSB is a business man. he is either hofman or mutton. leading a business - wouldnt give osb time to get involved in forums and research the so called facts.

lots of sheep following you though osb ill give you that. you talk well. but on more than one occasion you have your facts way off.

lastly. if did work for sisu what would be the problem with that. . ?

Spot on as usual OSB. Think this too often gets overlooked. SISU would never have been interested in running a football club, they were sold an investment opportunity by Ranson.

My guess would be it went wrong when Ranson went over budget. Ranson kept on about getting 30K a week to break even, he obviously thought that a few new signings would boost numbers but that never happened and presumably he was then over budget and had to go cap in hand to SISU for more. They said no hence the sale of Dann, Fox etc. When eventually Ranson gave up and left they turned to Ken, another big mistake, but he was probably the only 'football person' they knew as they'd been working with him on the Saints takeover. He was a disaster and it was only then that SISU appear to have taken direct control with Onye getting the push and Joy taking over. I'm sure if they had a way of leaving tomorrow that was acceptable to them from a financial standpoint they'd be off, they have no interest in sticking around for years in the hope that one day we become profitable.

SISU have now got their 3rd management team in, I think they TF & SW are somewhat better than the previous incubants.

But they're led by Joy & in my opinion were rather embarrased by her refusal to accept the heads of agreement they'd negotiated.

Now TF has to deploy a heavy smokescreen to cover SISU's egregious position.

You really are a plonker. Why would you and your cronies pay 30mil to build a new ground when you could have had the one we are already using for less. We are in this state purely because of your employers and NO ONE ELSE. you have had years to sort this out but chose to put profits before paying the rent that you are contracted to pay.

You will properly lose your bonus from Miss wonderful as not enough people are falling for their usual PR bullshit

But they have done the compleat opposite, all his posts have just pissed me off even more. I do agree with you though all these new users with very unusual user names just adds to the conspirators theory.
