Linesman put up his flag as if for offside at first. Just for a split second. Then ran back away. It did cross my mind too as he was pretty useless.

as we all did, I tried to throw the guy next to me 3 rows back. he didn't take it well. bloody seats getting in the way!!!Didnt look over the line from where i sat. Couldn't celebrate till i seen the ref point back to the halfway line.. then i got a bit emotional as i almost threw my lad 3 rows back!
It was the ref and waiting on him that was the killer, we could see it had gone in but seemed to take forever for it to be given.Recalling the goal I was going mad and looked at my son who was some what delayed in joining me... had me worried for a minute.

Yeah, we were clebrating like crazy but ref, ref come on ref ffs a mad split second or 2.I was gone... been 2ft in the air 10 times before it seemed awarded
