It kind of makes sense, why would any right minded investor or owner want to keep funding a loss making business to the tune of £5-7m per annum, when it has limited access to revenue.

Ive a friend who's been a Wimbledon fan all his life. Afc Wimbledon to him are the old Wimbledon that he originally supported before the franchise.
He says supporting afc feels exactly as it did years ago under the old name.

Absolutely. Another season at sixfields will kill the support.
Ive never been there and i never will, but even the minority that choose to go must be feeling slightly deflated at what is looking like another season there.
The only way they should get the ricoh for cheap is to give it to CCFC the football club and not the owners
Therefore the owners little profit from the Ricoh and the club becomes a more stable business. then when they sell it on the Club is a viable business without them.
Have a caveat that states this is the home of CCFC all profits to go towards the football team and upkeep of the Ricoh the owners should only be allowed to have a 10% share in any profits, that way the better the job they do the more return they get, and if there is a loss they should make this up without putting debt into the club.
The only way to do that would be to do a deal like Stanford Bridge where supporters own it and lease it to the club.

But they in effect 'own' the ground with a nice long lease, they get the peppercorn rent, but the freehold's owned by the council to ensure a football ground, one day, doesn't suddenly stop being a football ground.
A small but significant check that ensures a spot of balance.

That's all I want. To take Sisu on trust with the future of the stadium is too much for me.
Frankly, I'd hand them a long lease on nothing and 100% of all football revenue or revenue from the bowl. They can rent other land nearby if they want to build other facilities. I'm not sure there's any real benefit to having the academy and training ground there, but a supporters bar wouldn't go amiss.
