Given they have sacked a few officers she is wrong as even if you dispute earlier actions they have wrongly killed aid workers which is last time I checked against international law.

There is no such think as a judicial review barrister lmfao!! Barristers specialise in public law, of which judicial review is a part of.

No accidents are not against international law. As the IDF made clear, it was an accident and the people responsible have lost their jobs. Thats the end of it. Shalom #westandwithisrael

Much as it painted me to do it, Braverman's description of herself is as a barrister specialising in "judicial review". (Link below, warning, basic reading comprehension required...)

As for lmfao, there's nothing funnier than a 50p troll on here pretending to be some kind of legal expert. Do your basic research, kid, you're embarrassing yourself.

And in the meantime, a handy explainer on international humanitarian law as it applies to Israel. It doesn't really mention accidents.

Unsurprisingly, there's a large body of qualified legal opinion that suggests Israel is in breach of it - this includes four former supreme court judges.

Bit awkward for your argument, eh, but then in my experience trolls don't tend to worry too much about the details.

How Does International Humanitarian Law Apply in Israel and Gaza?

In the aftermath of Hamas’s attack on Israel, and Israel’s ensuing bombardment campaign of the Gaza Strip, there is much discussion, by both experts and non-experts, about international humanitarian law (IHL), the law governing armed conflict and military occupation, and its application in the...

That is not the law. Former Supreme Court Judges means absolutely nothing, most Judges get the law wrong that is why their is an appeals process, sadly too many of their Lordships are now politically motivated.
Hamas are in breach of humanitarian Law yet snowflake lefties defend them all the time.

No kid, you are just salty i schooled you. There is no such think as a Judicial Review lawyer. Braverman no doubt has done cases regarding issuing a judicial review claim but she will specialise in other areas and is a public law barrister.
