That if we fail to liquidate CCfc holdings before the seasons end that we will be deducted a further number of points?

Can simon Gilbert clarify with the football league?

If so that would probably suit labovitch and their dream of proving everyone but sisu are at fault.

Still pisses me off that sisu holdings were able to liquidate the club and then buy it again.

I'm not convinced that we won't have another points deduction when Ltd is finally liquidated to be honest. The whole thing has been a mess, I mean if Ltd aren't the club any more why the 10 points when ACL didn't agree the CVA?

surely the golden share is now with otium now not ltd? that being the case how can the FL issue a points deduction because a company that doesn't have the golden share is yet to be liquidated. were sisu not saying we shouldn't have the original 10points for entering admin last season as they were saying the golden share was not in ltd before finaly conceeding that it was and accepting the 10points?

I don't think we'll get another deduction, we got the second 10 point deduction for coming out of admin without a CVA.

But we didn't come out of admin. We got liquidated. We were still in admin when the GS was given to Otium. It doesn't make sense, either Otium are the club and the 10 point deduction was part of the deal for the GS, or Ltd are the club and we've got an imposter playing in the league.

Don't worry about another points deduction. We can just blame CCC again.

By the way, why do we never hear about Sisu derailing our promotion push last season? Are you seriously saying that we couldn't have made up the 5 points we were off the playoffs with a little motivation? Yet apparently this season we should be all torches and pitchforks at the Council House when we'd be 6 points off promotion at the same time?

I am more and more convinced that otium are trying to minimise the expenditure and relegation fits this perfectly. We are in complete free fall

Too late in the season for this I think, they will just slam us completely next season. We will probably be down at that point anyway!!

Wait for the usual crowd to come & defend SISU who "pay the bills" etc..

It makes perfect sense to me, the salary cost of players in division 4 is 1/2 of that in division 3, its not as if crowds could get much worse so relegation is it!

Still might go down this season.

Won't get points deducted, coz we won't exist as a club, so they can't take away what we won't have eh? :thinking about:

To be fair ACL forced administration (rightly or wrongly).
