Only the courts will know i guess!

SISU think its off. Be funny (to a degree) if it does go ahead and they don't turn up as they think their actions mean the case is off, but it isn't really!

If there is any doubt over whether it's on or not SISU, or their representatives, will be there.

There will be a lot of money spent tomorrow on 2 sets of solicitors and 2 sets of barristers (money which could fund a new striker).

Would say it will be on, even if it is just to look at the paperwork submitted by Sisu re the matter in hand.

Surely ACL will be looking to see what is ratified or decided on by the court. Can't just take Sisu's word and that's the end of it.

Would think the court will need to look at the papers and see if the case needs to proceed or not.

local radio chap who was on the train to London has come back again. said he's spoken to SISU and nothing happening tomorrow now. wouldn't take that as 100% confirmation tho, things seem to be changing fairly quickly!
