I have not heard anything from the Administrator appointed by SISU.

The situation at CCFC Limited and which legal entity is responsible for which assets needs clarifying; but there is no news from the Administrator. I would have thought this was a priority.

Is there any truth in the rumour the Administrator is on holiday?

When I started the job I'm at now, I had a holiday booked for about 2 weeks after I was ment to start wrk. I informed them of the upcoming holiday, and there were no problems. May possibly be similar for Mr Appleton, could of had his holiday booked before ever hearing of our plight! Or our books are such a mess he had to get away before a mental breakdown!

He made a statement not too long ago saying everything will take a while. There's no need for him to be constantly updating us if there's nothing new to say.

Appleton won't be the only person at the firm dealing with the administration. Sure they'll be others. I'd have thought they'd have been able to answer some of the key points by now though !
