No I'm sure I heard him in the radio saying he's still looking for more. Probably a few loans.

Could probably do with someone creative in that 10 role to maybe push McNulty up front. Beavon works his socks off but isn't going to score many.

Not a weakness in yesterdays performance from front to back and with the likes of Haynes, Willis, Stevenson, Pearson, Kewame Thomas, the Kelly-Evans brothers, not sure whats happening re George Thomas and good youngsters such as Ponticelli, Camwell Shipley and hopefully one or two others we look in good fettle, but there's always room for improvement, as an old fashioned football fan I would still like to see an old fashioned hairy arsed centre forward in the Dion Dublin mould who can intimidate centre halves and create space for others to exploit leading the line. No idea who though.

I'll take my boots! Just call it £600 a week and I will just call defenders nasty names and stand on their feet.

Still time for any of our players to be sold before the transfer window closes. Anyone score a hat-trick yesterday?

A number 10 still needed for me. Mcnulty looks hood but if prefer to see him as main striker

Maybe another wide player if g thomas goes

Centre mid perhaps unless shiply and maycock really are the real deal

No sorry, the guy was white. Who I asked him he said "Bigi's a legend - scored our first goal at Wembley" and went about his day.

You don't half get some nutters at the football.

Got to make sure that any new signings don't stand in the way of our own young talent. Nazons looks useful, but his arrival stopped ponticelli getting in the match day squad, and getting some much needed experience.
What happens when Nazons goes back in January, do we have to borrow someone else because ponticelli hasn't had enough game time?
Or does the young lad get frustrated and move on to any other club that offers him a chance.

Stupid way to look at it. Nazon offers attributes ponticelli doesnt. You pick thr players for sitautions. If he goes back and we are top we thank him.

Surely we have to play the best players available to us, whether they are ours or loaned,
The managers job is to get us promoted 'any which way he can.

Who knows? We will.probably play around 50 games this season so everyonr will play

Buy eve id it does limit his progression thats unfortunate but promotion is the priority. Robins needs to pick players that help us win

Would like to see a creative no.10 on loan, one of them fancy dan Arsenal or Liverpool youngsters that wear neon orange and pink boots. Not sure how effective Beavon and McNulty can be as a consistent front two with an average height of 5'6 so it might make sense to play with someone in the hole.

Totally agree. Ponticelli was promised he'd be in consideration for the first squad but now that's looking unlikely.
This will probably be the last season we'll have Ponticelli, we better use him or lose him.

No one questions jones commitment just his ability to make the grade at s higher level.

Players like Reid have zero team spirit or interest in anything but themselves.

I looked at Ameobe and thought that's exactly the type of player we'd have signed last season as a big name.
