Otium has no value really, it has debts owed to ARVO secured on any assets (players etc) it may have with rising debt little income no home 3rd division etc. They need property to give it worth. So need to either build or acquire a stadium interest. I would say in terms of day to day football operations it is probably better run than the club has been in ages
But dont see a sale any time soon unless there is a game changing event

My original question was is SISU preparing to sell Otuium (to which OSB replied he didn't think so as Otium would need a Stadium to enhance the value. My tongue in cheek reply was is SISU preparing to buy Sixfields ? This was a question, nothing more. Who knows what SISU's plans are ? Well maybe not but they had to be doing something else given how long they took and the amount of time they actually spent away from the house doing something else.
