The fact you googled 'you missed the point' then used the first available image, that itself portrays your level of intellect.

Ok I shall calm down now ........

I hope he doesn't play. In this league I think he will be deadly.

@ SBTaylor....If the Edje was a VERY, VERY, Average player, and is now gone, What does it make the pair of "Dumbos' at CB now then? We've got one of the worst "Goals Against" records in the whole league!!! I'd be careful making stupid ass statements when the figures totally go against what you're saying mate!

Which premier league team or championship team is he at? Surely the what club did he go to proves something?

I'm not saying our current pairing a are better but I think his reputation on Twitter made him look a better player.

We've conceded 7 goals in our last 7 games.

We are nowhere near as bad defensively as people claim.

@ Nick....Nobody outside of Coventry had heard of him, so what is your point? and no it proves nothing, except that he kept King in his back pocket all through the game against Brum. This pair of CB's have let in 18 goals up to now this season, and we're not even a quarter of the way through it!!!

Mick Coop was never a world class full back in the old City team, but when ever we played Man utd, Best never had a touch of the ball.

I rated Edj. Was MOM for me a couple of times I saw City last season.

For what it's worth, Bury have conceded 11 goals in 8 league games since Edje went there, winning just once. In the interests of fairness I discounted the 6 they conceded in the cup against Norwich.

This determination to put down our own players is strange.

Take out the 3 against Crawley since Webster hadn't arrived. There were two freak results early on in the season where we conceded 8 goals in total. Admittedly some of the defending was poor, but as the season has gone on the Clarke/Webster pairing has developed more of an understanding, they aren't getting caught out by the basic ball over the top any more.

Over the last few weeks the signs have been that things are settling down a little. As I say, we've conceded 7 goals in our last 7 games, including 3 clean sheets.

I'm not saying they've been perfect, there are still issues, particularly at set-pieces. I'd hardly say we've got a couple of 'dumbos' at centre back though.

Correct, it's still too early to draw any meaningful conclusions in my opinion.

It proves that if he was such a great player he wouldn't be in League 2 now would he?

I'm not doubting King was quiet that game, and he did mark him well and on a whole the team played well but it is more than just one game.

Sheff Utd forums have been grumbling about them not calling game off as King plus 2 others out due to call ups. No king has to be good news IMHO !
