1) Derby to play off final
2) Chelsea qualifying for Champions League whilst under transfer embargo
3) Kept Everton up
He shouldn't of gone to Everton, and back to Chelsea for the 2nd stint, and probably should of never of taken the Chelsea job the first time around, but he was never going to turn down that chance.

Yeah but Sheaf and Wright are not going to be starting from the day they are fit, they will be added back in gradually off the bench. And managed back into full fitness. What a luxury to have a decent 'deck' of capable players.That's incredibly harsh on Torp and Allen, who have been a big part of our form resurgence.
We shouldn't be looking to force certain players back into the team. We've looked better with the players that have been playing, and the results speak for themselves.
I'm very curious about how the next few weeks will go. It's been a very optimistisic time, but whilst we're now in touching distance of the playoffs, getting the correct team selection with everyone avaliable will be what makes or break us for the remainder of the season.

I would also take finishing 5th and beating Sunderland over two legs, playoff final? who knows. The one thing I do believe is that exciting times lie ahead if we can all stay patient, trust in and stand by Lampard.100% - I wouldn’t have got rid of Robins and felt a bit ‘meh’ about anyone other than Moyes, Potter or Cooper and that was frankly, unrealistic. Lampard was by far and away the standout candidate and the other runners and riders have struggled since (barring Eustace, somewhat).
This comparison to Southgate’s England Southgate is just dumb. The game we didn’t deserve to win was Wednesday.
Even against QPR, we were the most likely team to win the game. The games, we were the better team in every game we won, home and away.
The fact that we’ve done it without 3 of our best players really shows how much better coached the side is. As you say, add a few players to the group we should be able to carry this momentum into next season if we don’t go up via the playoffs. I’m optimistic that we’ll finish 5th and fancy beating Sunderland over 2 legs to get the playoff final, again. 3rd time lucky?

Southgate was able to work with the players and he’s said it himself, works with statistics to ultimately dictate the playstyle, formation etc. The comparison is that Lampard has statistically been one of the best managers in the championship for results. The comparison is one of praise, where we haven’t had perhaps the team available we’d like/ played some scrappy games, we’ve still achieved some fantastic results. I wonder with the way Cov are set up with coaches and back room staff if we have a more analytical approach to our gameplay.What a stupid topic. In a short period of time he has turned things around and got us winning, got us within one point of the playoffs and you still aren't happy? I mean seriously??
