My answer to the question was 'yes, most definitely,' but then I realised you were talking about football tickets.

Is it really that hard to buy tickets off of the website? Takes 5 minutes.

But that's too easy, people cant complain about that.

The website isn't working for everyone, people are not making it up. Hopefully whatever issue they are having will soon be sorted out.

So what would happen if I bought a ticket today online for the game tomorrow?

Oh yes. I would have to drive past the stadium to get to the club shop and join the queue. So how much earlier would I have to leave my house to pick up my ticket? Or would I be able to pick it up at the stadium?

We need a ticket office at the stadium. Saving pennies by not having a ticket office at the stadium is costing pounds.

There was a 'somethings gone wrong' message when I tried logging on to the website last night to buy tickets. I really want 4 season tickets including 1 disabled so need to speak to someone. You try phoning and see how you get on. I'll get 3 tickets tomorrow instead, but the ticket office is a shambles.

You could collect from the ground on Friday. I would guess that arrangement will remain. You are not everybody, Obtuse.

What would help is if they didn't have a 10 minute natter about coronation street and dancing on ice with every customer.

I am not everyone. You are right. But there are many like me. 4 hours each way with clear traffic. It is easy for those of us that live local to join the queue that we have heard of and wait an hour n half. But from what I have seen before only about half of us live in Coventry. Others live not too far away. Then you have those that are nowhere near. I suppose we don't matter as much as we can't just nip down to the club shop to sort out our tickets when there are problems.

So it'll be better then for any 'new stadium' to be in the Coventry area then?! ;)

The first place you come to as you leave the M6 is the Ricoh.......

I think Torch's point is that other roads are available, and other people may be coming from a different place, and may well travel past Gallagher retail park.

Edit, there you go, the man has said it himself. :)

So you would order online and have them posted to your house so you can have them in your pocket before you set off to come down? If you order them late, you get them from the collection point at the Ricoh before kick off.
