With everything going I was just wondering what peoples thoughts were on the hardest team to manage. With over 60 applicants to note the Coventry job seems to attract big names to the table but are we the hardest team to manage i personally think if I was a outsider looking at this job it's a massive opportunity for the next man in charge and in my opinion is the hardest job in football to take on for the size of the club. What will the board target the new gaffer with as his season objective? Looks like he has to work with the backstaff we have got feels to me like the new gaffer isn't going to put his own stamp on the team. Just wish we owned our own ground and we had owners that cared what ever goes on behind the screens at ccfc is a joke the fans know nothing just bs I for one will I've the new gaffer all my support as I think this job really is mission impossible! Small chance of success - massive risk of failure and being booted out quickly.... not for the faint hearted this one

yes, thats why they pay 3 times the going rate

or, the going rate for 1 year, with 2 years free wages at the end of the 1st year and then 2 years off

Given who he has had to replace and the unholy mess he has created it is very difficult. I don't envy him. Unless he can get rid of some of the rubbish that have been recruited I would say if we stay in the league this season he has done well.

Won't be a 3 year contract I'd be really surprised if it's more than a year

Get it right though and he'll become an instant hero. Small chance of it, but a chance a not so high profile manager is willing to take. Do well and he's made a managing career for himself for life, do badly and it wont damage his chances of him becoming a manager of another team.

It's probably just as bad as the England job. I can't believe how much I still love football considering I support Cov and England!

Even Paul Daniels couldn't get us out of this mess. Dynamo is an illusionist he may be able to make it all disappear.

Derren Brown could make everyone think we had won even when its plain to see that its not physically possible!

Or David blaine could leavate us up through the leagues or maybe we should just appoint Tom Cruise
