The worrying part is Iran seems to have more capability to strike back than other countries the US has decided to go into.As for 'winning' i think that would be highly dependent on what the bar was for victory in any conflict. Invading Iran would likely topple the current regime but god knows what would rise in its place (look at the state of Libya, Iraq and Afghanistan).
