It's crap, been that way for years though i suppose, not likely to change. It's a shame as cheap mass transit would surely be better for the environment and promote economic growth. More importantly than that though it would make my trip to Ipswich cost less, and that's the main issue at hand.There is no relativity in the pricing of these services, where is the economy of scale here, I'm sure it could be done by car for less even if you add congestion charge, maybe that's next for trains?
