Not really as I answered yours twice - just wondered if you were part of the problem and still a fan of Tim Fisher like everyone who attends apparantly.

So, because I only attend part time does that make me a Tim Fisher fan or does it just mean I'm not entitled to an opinion and any opinion I do have is wrong?

You can make the moral stance yourself without criticising those who disagree with you. If I decide that I won't renew next year, it doesn't mean that I think that those who do go in are Sisu supporters, that obviously isn't the case. I don't think anyone on here has said they are. Similarly if I don't go, it doesn't mean I am not a City fan any more. It was hard not to go into Sixfields and it will be even harder not to go into a home game in Coventry. If I decide to go to away games only it will be because I feel it is one of the few ways that I can get at Sisu.

According to Dongonzalos and Covfan even one game a season makes you part of the problem, selfish and someone who worships at the sisu / fisher temple.

Take that up with them - it's their view - not mine.

Tbf, it is difficult. TF wants us to field a team every week and pay the running costs. That is to go on until some mug pays millions to SISU. Most fans want the aim to be sporting success. If fans go, then they are buying time for Joy with no guarantee that the club is interested in sporting success- unless you call staying up sporting success. I can see people becoming cut off the club as a sports club. It is just as much a pawn in Joy's empire. People begrudge helping Joy by going - that is what the feel.

And there is the problem.
Don't worry the fans will get the blame because they are now the new bad guys in our owners illustrious career.
Blamed everyone else now it's our turn.

I said I won't criticise any Cov fan who attends.
I just happen to have the opinion the fewer who attendcthe quicker we we enter administration and hopefully get owners whose sole focus and decision making resolves around CCFC itself not another business.
You however are critising over fans for their choice not to attend.

In my opinion fans have 3 stages to the going or not going debate.

1st is you have excepted the club is dead while these owners are in power. So turning up is not worth it, as it changes nothing for short, mid or long term of the club. So finding other things to do on game days is a better option.

2nd are most on here don't except it's dead but know it's dying just come on here in hope of news that could give hope of better days ahead. These will go to some games at home if theu can, but are finding its getting harder to commit to this season or next without getting something back in return.

3rd not yet any of above still thinking of progression, signings and ability to move up the league. More that turn up the more the owners will invest to create potential for promotion is the answer. Or create interest of potential buyers with higher gates.

All of the above are understandable, all have the right to pick what they do. I don't think anyone is really a defender of our owners, just believe going is the right thing to do. Same as those who have stopped turning up or those who go trying not to think of anything off the field just trying to enjoy the game. Again what you do depends on what stage you are on the status of the club, if we are dead, dying or very much alive and kicking will determine your decision. Nobody is wrong at what stage they are at, but as time goes by if the decline continues dead will be the enviable outcome.

I believe the club is dying a slow death. It's been cutbacks year and year and a slow death entails. Which looks like ending up in league 2 this season. It was this time only two years ago when mowbray kept us up on the last day when Steven Presley was a cert to send us down. We are delaying the inevitable so even if I'm wrong and we stay up this year somehow the budget will only be cut and relegation next year. It's happening anyway. Less fans will buy season tickets league 1 or league 2 football next season. Just less again if league 2.

I don't really have the magic answer and don't do nopm deliberately but I just find myself not going as I don't want to. We lose every week and the football is crap regardless. The players aren't good enough and I have utter hatred for our owners. I find better things to do with my Saturday and get my football fix just watching sky sports.

Nothing would please me more than ccfc to start winning and climbing the table but it's almost past that now as to me it's clear even if we won a few games the foundations aren't there and relegation will follow this year or next. It's inevitable. Our business plan is to sell our best players whenever we can and keep reducing the budget when less season tickets are sold, sorry but it's a disaster waiting to happen. It's clear.

Sisu have utter contempt for us fans and this football club and it's wore me down shamefully. I'm not proud to say it. When there is no hope what do you have left? A broken fan. No one supports ccfc more in my eyes and never will it's just how I feel.

The only answer for me is new ownership and for good players to be signed and get the fans back which they will. Inevitably we will climb the league and new ownership takes the toxicity out the club. Until then the club will keep going down and yes I mean drop out the football league. We have to as the business model tells you we will. Give it 5 seasons or so. Less fans are turning up year after year and budget will be cut and yes our better players being sold. Conference is inevitable.

I'm guessing many others feel like I do and therefore failure is even more certain. I don't feel proud of my post it's just a stark honest opinion I have always gave on this forum. I still come on here hoping and praying for some good results or new ownership.

Good luck to everyone with their decision on what to do I genuinely feel we all do what's best for ccfc we just have different ways to do it but the fact is less fans are turning up anyway. It's a death spiral and there is only one way out.

Sums up exactly how I feel.
I've stopped going because I don't enjoy it any more. 220 mile round trip to be bored and frustrated and watch a load of so called professional footballers play with no pride or passion for the club I love.
My "loyalty" to the club that I support kept me going the last 5 years, but enough is enough.
I look at Fisher and want to punch his arrogant pompous face at what he has overseen during his tenure. To sit and lie to the fans "week in, week out" about plans for a new ground and "doesn't take any money out of the club" and breaking even. Anybody who supports his style and stance is deluded.

We were told that getting relegated from the Championship would make SISU sell. We were also told the same when we last went into administration.

Exactly. That's why we are doomed.
But its SISU/Otiums fault we are in this position. They had the option to buy the Ricoh but chose to take the disastrous route of attempting to get it on the cheap.

Can't find much to disagree with here. I sadly don't see how the future will pan out any differently if SISU remain in charge.
It's like owning a house that is falling to bits and getting worse over time but not selling in the hope that you'll get back what you paid.
