It seems that if this cva isn't signed then an investigation happens into the affairs of the part of the business (ccfc ltd). in administration and continues whilst it remains in administration. Am I correct into thinking a different administrator can be appointed to conduct any such investigation. Would that be an interesting scenario to all this and possibly explain what appears to be twitchy bums from SISU and maybe Paul Appleton

Is there any deadline for the CVA to be signed or turned down?

Can't remember the exact date, but it's fairly soon.

However, as I understand it, the creditors can apply for a 28 day extension.

If that's the case, then 'the club' remains in administration for a subsequent 28 days, wouldn't they?

And do I remember Fisher saying at the forums that a club cannot agree to a ground-share whilst in administration?!?

Thanks. I said it in another thread but I can see the cooling off period being activated to prolong this whole saga

Thursday July 22, according to the CET http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/news/coventry-news/ricoh-arena-boss-backing-mps-5135745

Seems they can't even be bothered to check a calendar let alone their facts.

So the game vs. Bristol City scheduled for 11th August at Sixfields is in doubt.

Whatever happens if we start the season without being deducted points it will be a miracle.

Sadly that may happen. Sad as it is that is the least of our problems at the moment.
