I keep asking myself why SISU didn't step in. Why did SISU stay quiet. This is exactly the opposite to what SISU have done in the past. Why didn't they threaten CCC with legal action (if they had grounds) for selling it's shares ?

I just feel there is more going on here than meets the eye ? Hopefully, there is a consortium hoping to buy CCFC to go hand in hand with Wasps purchase of the Ricoh. If there is, I say "bring it on" !

Not like Joy to sit back and do nothing, is it ?

Any thoughts ?

They are checking all their pockets in the wardrobe and down the back of the settee for any loose change. In the meantime pride is saying "we are going to build our own stadium."

Looking closer into this deal; Wasps are "only" actually paying £2.7 million to each stakeholder (CCC and Higgs) whilst taking on the £14m loan from CCC. I really don't understand why SISU could not do this so I agree, there must be a bigger game being played for SISU to do nothing?

So why Fishers open letter to CCC?

I think SISU's bigger game plans are often over rated.

More likely to be they had no idea of the deal and have had no time to react. Exactly how CCC wanted it.

Lastest revised plans.

Bear in mind this is just an artist's impression. It won't quite be up to this standard when finally built.

They did have 2 weeks though. We knew 2 weeks ago, so they must have.

Took a week and a half before Seppala said anything and Fisher was only panicking the night before the vote.

Some truth would be good. 10am announcement will be useful.

The deal as I understand it is for the purchase of 50% of acl. So the CCc share of acl.

Unanimous decision by the council across all parties.

Exactly, at that point they could have made it publically known that they were interested in a stake in the Ricoh and would appreciate an opportunity to match the offer. Instead they said no problem, we're building our own ground anyway.
