The FA Cup winners of 25 seasons ago arrived in the city with more money worries than Greece, a losing record matched only by Lib Dems and with two fit strikers, one of whom was Clive Platt, a man with more mobility issues than Eamonn Holmes

"Have to stop playing the diamond as it's not working. No midfield at all in later stages of 2nd half. Too much space for the opposition down the flanks especially down the right. If Coventry could have hit a barn door we would have lost easily. Ball pinging about so much in our area I thought it was table tennis.Apart from that our first clean sheet. But how lucky were we? I admit we were do for some."

Sound familiar?

Shame we havent still got Westwood, Turner, Gunnarsson and King.

that backbone was 1 of the best in this division.........if not THE best and it got ripped away by sisu in the summer.

tis a shame as with that backbone we would be top 10 by now.

SISU OUT!!

The more you think about it the more it hurts Brinner.

Thing is these players have now gone as players always leave, and yes they have not been replaced but sisu have been running us like this for a while and have just cut costs more and more, that was expected as thats what they are about, they are/were in it for one thing and one thing only, what they could make out of the club with as little investment as possible so it was only a matter of time before we became stagnent.
Not that I like it but thats what's happened, no use saying if only, we have what we have and we as fans need to start asking for changes not just sisu out but also ***** sick of writing his name now, but while he continues to get fans support, then the on field catastrophe that is happening is not going to change.

"A team with an average age of 22...."

Proves we're not the only team in the league who have a young, inexperienced team (maybe it will stop fans and even Thorn) from using our young squad as an excuse!
