If and it is very possible we are not out of administation by August 3rd it will mean the administrator is still in charge of ccfc ltd just as he was for the last month of last season, that will mean he will have to find a ground also which he had to do last season and that was the Ricoh. Where will that put Fisher and Holdings then as the Golden Share will have been awarded to the administrator or ltd. Fisher's constant reteric about Holdings being the football club will be in tatters. Time is the essance on this one less than 8 weeks to the big kick-off and decisions will have to be made well before then. Even if sisu are announced as the preferred bidder if the FL deny them the GS on the fit and proper scenerio and if that decision is challenged we will not be out of admin and according to Fisher can't announce where we are playing until we are.

Perhaps this is why Fishy kept going on about the importance of coming out of admin at the forums.

This scenario can't be ruled out and yes TF ramped it up on this . It would be something else he would blame on the Council and the subsequent further points penalty It would bring IMO.

Manner from heaven for him ,Batter the Oppo while being rescued from a ludicrous proposition that would kill the Club if he ever got to Impliment It.:jerkit::jerkit:

The football league allow human rights abusers to pass the test. We have to assume they will be in power and deal accordingly.

The football league are likely to approve them to avoid trouble. Pure folly to assume otherwise

To be honest and i know some on here will jump on me for saying it a further 10 point deduction if it happened might be a price worth paying for the right decision for our football team, got to think long term and there is nothing sisu representative Mr Fisher has said to convince me sisu would be anywhere near the right owners, sharing grounds, building ground etc, etc.

This is why while I understand all the sentiments of people expressing the desire to rescue the Situation and Keep them at the RICOH its win /win for SISU ,Yes saved by the fans and ACL,but still shackled to the confines of their Lowly ambitions .If this panned out the minimum they should commit to team affairs is £3.5M. based on last seasons Turnover.

The football league rules are reactive, someone finds a major loophole & they change the rules, a few years on they are ambushed again.. basically they need to change the rules to be able to impose retrospective punishments & to be able to force owners to sell within a defined time period if the board decides they are unsuitable and if they don't sell then they should be automatically expelled.
