I'm surprised Haynes is still around. He just doesn't quite cut it. Needs consistency, which he should be working towards and doesn't seem to be improving.

I expected JCH to be offered a contract though it seems he will. Reid a slight surprise, thought he might be kept on as cover as he’d been around the first team, and Sayoud cos I never like to see Academy players move on without making it.

Really busy right now and happy to let someone else do it, otherwise I’ll get on it when Inhave the chance. No internet for two weeks though and I’m not doing a thread like that on my phone.

No surprise about Reid, he is only on the fringes of the team and there was an attempt to move him on in January,

He is no spring chicken and has been known to have attitude and discipline problems. I may be wrong but I also thought he was on a fairly decent contract.

Steve Taylor officially left the club to focus on his ongoing recovery. A big part of what we did last season, hope he gets himself back to full health and back into football as soon as he feels able.

Can’t get over how well we’re buying. Said we needed an AM, we got one, we needed an understudy for Doyle, got one, needed a LB, got one. Even JCH fills the right hole as it were.

Still a couple short but even if the season started tomorrow I’d say it’s been a good window.

Yeah, agree. Can't now look at the squad and say we desperately need a player for a certain position.

All now about whether we lose anyone we don't want to lose.

Andreu and Jones will feel like new signings. The obvious one we don't want to lose is Marc McNulty.

20 goal a season strikers are not ten a penny.

I know we all love FIFA ratings, so I've added these to the incomers where possible. Reise Allasani hasn't been on it since FIFA 16 so I put his rating from then and Bouwe hasn't been on it full stop.

If I can be arsed I might put the ratings of the guys that left just for comparison.

Clearly shipped more quality out than we've brought in according to FIFA ratings, but those that left were fringe players/loanees and those brought in are youth that we expect to increase in ability.
