Contacted customer services email address via ccfc website after fruitless contact via ticket office. Quite a few season ticket holders still have no ticket for Saturday's game.
Got a a decent personal reply today which stated that Season ticket holders should either collect tomorrow (Friday) from Gallagher shop - take evidence of purchase , which is pretty obvious, or .....

go to Ricoh on match day with evidence and collect from 11am from ticket collection point outside the (what was ) ccfc shop. Take stub or email confirmation of purchase.

Rest easy everyone.

Great, thanks.

Am going to wait until tomorrow's post has been. If it hasn't come then I will do one of the above.

This is absolutely hopeless. It is a complete Mickey Mouse operation. We have season tickets so that we don't have to piss about getting tickets every game. They sent us paper tickets for the Gillingham game but haven't bothered for Yeovil. So we either have to make a 50 mile round trip today or get there at 11am and queue for ages tomorrow. If this mess isn't sorted quickly we are going to demand refunds on our season tickets and they can get stuffed. If we haven't got ticket books for the Preston game that will be it, I'm afraid.

It's still a shambles though. If we don't receive our Preston tickets in the post before the game then we shall be cancelling. Living away from Coventry, we cannot go and queue for tickets all the time - that's the point of season tickets.

Also meant to say profile on my account is lapsed season ticket holder, same on my sons. Not even showing he is a JSB member!

Which means if you tried to but a ticket online, you couldn't buy at the JSB rate, and you'd probably have to go to the ticket office to sort out. But then according to the '2 minutes online' brigade, their are no issues with online ticket sales at all, so stop moaning.

Our profile also shows lapsed ST holders although we have renewed now we are back at the Ricoh. In purchase history it does show the 2 STs we have bought though. You do wonder if it will present problems in the future though. We wait with bated breath.

When I went down to Gallagher shop this morning, as we hadn't had our STs either, they issued us with paper tickets for both Yeovil and Preston games. They haven't sent out the STs as they have run out of books, but they will be sending them out for the next home game after that (Bristol City I think).

We went too as we didn't want to risk encountering a big queue at a kiosk tomorrow and certainly didn't want to go at 11am. There was a queue in the shop of probably 30 people. As we joined it, a woman approached us with a cardboard box containing envelopes and asked who we were. Our envelope was in the box and contained our tickets for the next 2 games. I asked why they hadn't been posted but she played dumb and claimed she had no idea.

At least we avoided having to queue for ages but it is ridiculous having to make a 50-mile special journey when you have a season tickets. It is a shambles that would shame a club in Bedworth's league, frankly. At least it has made it an easy decision not to bother with the JPT game against Exeter.

All your Christmases?

I purchased my season ticket(s) today. Not sure I am happy giving my money to SISU but our club is back in the City and therefore should not complain.
