Thinking would it be possible for 2 or 3 of the interested parties to form one large consortium and purchase 100% of The Ricoh and negotiate with SISU for Holdings.

Maybe they think they can achieve all that individually.

Reports say PH1V would only buy 50% of ACL. Better than having SISU, but still ACL/CCC involvement. Depends if there are any interested parties that have the money to rid us of all 3 of them.

The key has always been the ricoh. If there's enough money on the table it could happen.im guessing at some point sisu would have to be paid off. How much would a complete takeover cost ?
