Funny thing is though every two weeks or so I hold a garden party. You all come and you seem ever so happy. I even let sky blue kid come (as long as the neighbours are away) and even the abusive non league fellow.

I'm even charitable and allow sky blue John and Hugh to attend on their day release days. Why, I've even allowed dadgad in once but the odd chap seemed obsessed with the worms in the garden.

The odd thing is though, you seem to want to come but you only seem interested in what the landlord wants........

The landlord would be quite happy for you to come back if you were to pay your rent but unfortunately you appear to very untrustworthy bearing in mind your past record.

Those visitors that used to come don't like you any more I'm afraid as they notice that you are refusing to file your accounts until your debts are written off and hidden. A dubious tenant who under normal circumstances wouldn't get through the front door.

more of a squatter wanting to move back in and promise to pay rent

Doesn't really work. ACL want the club back in. And many thousands of those visitors will be there if we play at the Ricoh.

A friend texts me often who's down with the kids, I don't even bother trying to read them any more. I just forward it to my lad and ask him to text me back what it says. It's like having my own google translator.

Then you make sure you can afford the contract you sign, and it allows for relegation etc. If you cant dont sign it, renegotiate it upfront or put in change clauses.
You dont sign a legal contract and then not pay it, and bitch like a baby, because of your professional incompetence.

Poor effort. They are practically begging me to come back. I'm the only tenant they will ever have.

But it's not him they want to see. It's his fit sister who comes 'round once a fortnight.

You see I lived in this huge posh mansion. I was paying. £1,500 a month to reside in it.

Always was an off arrangement as the landlord used to charge people to park in my drive and pocketed the cash. Oh well. Anyway after a while I stopped paying. He got a bit cross and and then his friends said they'd be better off without me as they could get lots more rent from short term tenants anyway.

Well then they came round the other day and begged me to come back for £150 a month!

Bargain at first I thought. Then I thought, that must be its worth and I've been paying 10 times their estimated value for 8 years. I'm after a rebate.....

Well regarding the spelling I'm on my phone with contact lenses in so that's a consequence, I can't see.

Worst thing about it though was a few weeks ago they came round and said £450 take it or leave it. Glad I didn't take it! Thing is though I was threatening to take them to court as they had some dodgy loan to bail them out. They then said I can agree to take the £150 but drop the court action.

They've got something to hide I think. Do you?QUOTE]

No I don't actually. I believe that when it comes to court (I also do not believe this will happen) it will be thrown out first hearing. I am really starting to believe that you, so called True Sky Blue and NorthenWisdom are all of the same person. as you all spout exactly the same arguments and put people down in the exactly the same way (if people review your and their posts) and it is getting more and more difficult not to just become aggressive to every post you respond to. you just will not admit that your owner mates have got this wrong big time. No true Sky Blue fan could ever forgive them for what they have done to our club.

I was watching SS1 last night and they were showing the highlights of the 93/94 season. What power our club had. Yes we had a couple of thrashings by QPR and Swindon (yes Swindon) but we also beat Blackburn 1-0 at Highfield Road to take away any chance they had of winning the league and then draw 0-0 at a packed Old Trafford to stop them fully celebrating the league win. How any one could support a company that wants to take away our club away from us are just crazy

Well you're a mug then if you've left it this long. You could have been living it up in the mansion and spent your time getting your bookwork up to date so you can go and invest in some new furniture, rather than worry about upsetting the relatives - some of whom won't visit you again.

I'd go back, give it a few months, moan about kitchen staff, or the gardener doesn't cut the grass to your satisfaction, then refuse to pay the rent. You do run the risk however of them kicking you out and selling the mansion to some developer.

The only reason is because you have kidnapped our child called CCFC but at least we know where your priorities lie

Keep the hostage takers happy forget about the child and it's real guardians

The authorities should take the child off you but they are spineless

And it took SISU until a year ago to even notice how over the odds the rent was for an Olympic venue built specifically for the club. Thats the hedge fund managers and corporate bankers that know their way around a contract and set of accounts. Why did they not notice if they are so astute?

I've heard Weymouth council are charging holiday goers extra for sunbathing, paddling and swimming in their Olympic venue...they should feel privileged to use an Olympic venue

Why are you asking me? I'm just pointing out mistakes. I'm not Sisu's spokesperson.
As far as I'm concerned they can fuck off.

haha Grendel. You're still on here defending our wonderful owners? If you're looking for something laughable, that's it right there.

Have a read: Stockholm syndrome - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

For a more telling comparison, I would suggest a business thinking it's a good idea to uproot itself from a thriving City to a hamlet.

The similarity in your situation is bizarre really! No wonder you sympathise with SISU. I reckon you're letting your own personal situation cloud your judgement on the CCFC debacle a bit. All the best with your rent problems though pal, I hope you've got an army of amoral lawyers on your side otherwise you could be fooked. Contract law goes way back round these parts.

Dear unhappy ex mansion dweller.
I'm the local librarian and quite frankly I'm confused..The books you have returned have pages from one book ripped out and these have been placed into other books, this goes right through all the books you have returned over the years. You still have books outstanding and if these books are in the same state when and if you return them then there's gonna be trouble!
You can move out of the district but we will catch up with you very soon.

Your landlord wants you out because instead of having a loner pay £1.5k to live their on his own and whinge because he hires out the drive when you're on holiday, he can make more money from running a high class brothel with Whores in every room, willing to satisfy every pleasure for a small fee. Money makes the world go round, and there's no money to be made from someone who wants to live there for free just because his name is on the doorbell.

While you're at it, why not take some mates up the Harvester or Dragon Phoenix and tell the manager that since you brought them there, he should supply the dinners at cost price and give you the profit. Then there's the Taxi home.....

I assume you are the type of person who buys something full price from a shop and takes it back 6 months later then demanding a refund because it is 1/2 price in the sales.
I am quite open minded to both sides of the argument despite having my own opinions as to who is most to blame ,and am quite open to discussion and reasoning ,but there can be none of that with this post ,you have just made yourself look like a total bell end

So I said, bollox to that why pay 150 a month, I'll go get my gun and threaten to kill him and see if he gives it me, if he says no, I'll burn it down and tell my family his his fault because he would let me have it for nowt. We'll move to a cheap shed with no heating, most of my kids won't come with me, but hey I can cut my nose off to spite my face and blame everyone else. One or two idiots will believe me.

In all the time he lived at the mansion,I never once saw him with his wife of whom he often spoke.
I saw him with all types of blokes though, coming and going at all hours....boy oh boy did he invite some weird men back to the place, all nationalities we're having a poke.they never stayed long, although some did return to pinch the family silver.
