I actually thought Coleman was a worse manager than Thorn. Coleman had the players and money to get us back to the prem but fucked it up.
Thorn had the shit players and had to deal with Sisu withdrawing funds.

Coleman's squad wasn't that good and we were only averagely financed. He should have done better than scraping a relegation battle.

That's a very sensible post - I wish many more realised the same.
I knew with him in charge we were done for. I've never admitted this bit I actually wanted us to lose games I watched as I new he had to be sacked to have a chance to survive. Fans had to turn against him - they never did. I think there was a coupe of games won around Christmas and I remember cursing and wishing we'd lost.
