The problem is one of priorities.

My only priority is to see the club in Coventry. However, if supporters on here are reflective of a general view this will never happen. Their rabid hatred of the owners is blinding them to reality. It reminds me of the Herods baby fable - they would rather see the club due that get the Ricoh "on the cheap"

Logic dictates we would want it cheap if not free - yet all we hear is "fair market value", "the council saved us", "think of the charity"

Well charity begins at home. I want the club back regardless of the impact on other instructions who made a commercial decision at a particular time. It's irrelevant to the present as is the banal throwaway sound byte "due dillegence" "they know what they were getting into" type reposte.

ACL and the council need targeting. Letters of protest need to go to councillors ACL should be discouraged as a venue to attend

If we don't target the other "enemy within" we may not return for a long time.

The only club that is very similar to is is stoke with the Brittania as that was also funded by a regeneration charity in part. It gives without saying the club ended up with a far better deal and in a far better place than ours.

Who cares though. As long as the council can cream off more and more from the club and good old ACL keep bobbing along the likes of you and astute will be happy.

I decided to boycott all games. I believe some compromise should and could have been achieved by sisu to stay in the city. To suggest there was no alternative was as absurd as ACL suggesting they care about the club.

Close to my sentiments. I think SISU dropped a major bollock by not publicly fighting tooth and claw to get back to the Ricoh on a temporary basis until their new stadium was built. Had they done so, ACL would have been very exposed.

Still going to away games, though. That's where I can support the *team* without caring about politics.
