I'm as happy as anybody we have won two on the bounce.

He hasn't persisted with Chaplin and I think he will see most of the season on the bench now.

I wanted changes, they have happened!

There was a thread on here when Chaplin signed about him being 125/1 or similar for League One top scorer. I was silly enough to think he'd be the new McNulty and that was value. Thankfully only a couple of quid each way wasted. About the price of a pint of Guinness so I'll stop at 7 tonight rather than smashing the 8th! Haha! (Half-term, sorry non-teachers!)

It wasn't knee jerk as changes didn't happen for weeks. It wasn't a one off game.

Our form was worse than Slade's

Wherever that taxi thread is can it be buried permanently now so he doesn't bump it smugly next time we lose two in a row?

Not sure I agree. Today was the type of game we would have lost 6 weeks ago and people would say the strikers were rubbish. We won today by one moment of very good skill.

We also had a decent goal disallowed.

It was good play but thought ball was out. I didn’t celebrate as I was sure the officials would pull it back.

Must admit after seeing the pictures on the vlog I am less sure than I was at the game. From where I sat looked a good foot over the line...from the vlog possibly not fully over the line.

Not aged well this ...

Not having the old “I asked for changes, they happened and I was proven right” lark ..

.. Especially as today’s win, line up and style like with the Accrington and Luton draw were all Lille what the OP was complaining about!

Viva La Robins!!

Of course there has .. but there has also been a solid mix of that gritty (not all that exciting) hang on in the game type performances that was built over a period of time by MR.

You must admit this was a bit premature this post and overly provocative thread title??

Not really, he wasn't changing things. We had a certain striker up front week in week out as well

Where's that said? I've said there was stubbornness to not change. Changes clearly have been made

Not as significant as is being made out though.

See those games I mention above.

Not you, but some were blaming Baka the other day, he’s the new Chaplin.

I've always maintained throughout the season that I didn't think we were that far away from being a decent side, at the minute we're proving that.

When will our fans learn? Threads calling for Robins to go don't tend to age well.

One day they will, much as a stopped clock does... but it still won't justify sacking the manager, if that decision's based just on results!

Wanting Robins out at any stage this season is ridiculous. It's blindingly obvious to anyone that he has us heading in the right direction and to want him out after one poor run of form was just unbelievably fickle.

Fundamentally we're playing how we've tried to play all season. The Robins out gang are clueless

very little. He continues to prefer to play one up front. First sub wasn’t until an hour, Shipley came on, hiwula on the wing, mason played instead of brown etc etc

The best manager we've had in a very long time. I just think 'what if' we had Robins when we were in the championship with a good squad.

Our fickle fans bore me to death so I try to avoid the forum & Facebook.

Turns out to be Another knee jerk thread , robins has done a great job at city full stop .

I don’t expect us to make the playoffs because our run in is pretty damn hard , but I think next season we will push on
