Well I didn’t get to watch any of it yesterday and the online chat was non existent.

After email exchanges today it appears that they had been charging me 4.49 per month for the UK subscription still despite the fact I upgraded last year to the season pass and paid 130eur in one go and then they renewed me for this year. This “clash” was apparently the reason I had no option to watch the live video.

They seemed to stop this being possible towards the end of last season but would like to do it for the games I can't make.

I had problems with iFollow for much of last season. Eventually, it became clear that they thought I was in the UK, when I was actually in Portugal. It turned out that my router was still giving a UK IP address, even though my VPN was not connected. All I needed to do was re-boot the router and the correct Portuguese IP address was shown and iFollow worked every time after that. Anyone having connection problems from abroad should try rebooting their router before attempting to connect to iFollow. I hope this is helpful.

I didn’t get it to work last week but I did all of last season. As I mentioned I contacted them and they explained why it wasn’t working last week - they were still charging me a monthly UK subscription and had been for a year but this season it was being seen as the main subscription which was clashing (or some stupid thing)

Once they sorted the picture glitch out, it worked well for me last week. The IQ was good and there was no freezing or stuttering. The BBC commentary started up shortly after they fixed the picture.

To buy a match pass. Does it have to be done on the clubs website and then you can watch on the app or can you just purchase on the app ?
